A memory by Madison Groninger

My favorite memory was meeting my freshman and current senior year roommate, best friend, and teammate Jennica Pearson. She and I were random roommates. I had no idea what to expect from college being first-generation and living with a stranger! What I will never forget is some of the hilarious text conversations before we met. On move-in day in Naugle hall, the first floor and first door on the left come in parts of a mannequin wrapped up in a rug! Talk about first impressions absolutely hilarious. We had some great times during freshman year together and continue to! She also convinced me to join the Women’s Rugby team, Which she is now the President of and always thought she would be. Being a part of the Rugby team has opened my eyes to awesome sport and opened my heart to a whole new group of wonderful friends.
